YAAAY! Another Writer's Block Philippines workshop!
I love it when the lovely ladies of WBP invite me to be part of their writing seminars. This is my second JUMPSTART YOUR FREELANCE WRITING CAREER with them and it was a tad personal this time around. The talks were all about writing journeys. I shared my decade-long career road map and saw, for the first time, just how crazy that adventure had been.
I detailed each writing stint I had --those I treated as mere stopovers, and those that continue to sustain my life. From being an article writer who wrote for free to being a fancy blogger/influencer that went to and reviewed lavish launches and fashion shows. From being am international ghostwriter to being a published book author. And many other kinds of writers in between. It was insane! I just started wondering how I survived all that. Haha!
I'm glad the participants thought that they could be any writer they choose to be as long as they put their heart and soul, blood, sweat and tears into it.
