This mouth-watering event is McCormick's way of bringing passion to flavor. It's going to feature McCormick's Grill Mates Seasoning Mixes (Pepper Steak, Hickory Smoked, Cajun, Steak ala Pobre, and Korean BBQ) --spiced up with a cooking demo, games, and live performances by surprise guests. Appetizing? Well, what do you expect from the flavor expert!
The McCormick Grill Nation will happen on April 7, 2013 at Bonifacio High Street, Lane O corner 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Perfect timing! We love our weekends peppered with outdoor fun and a whole lot of grilling. Why, just last Saturday, my husband deftly came up with this simple yet lovely recipe.
2 lbs. pork belly
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. black ground pepper
1 head of garlic, crushed
1. Use half of the garlic slush to rub into the meat. Really go into the nook and crannies on this one.
2. For the rest of the ingredients, mix everything up to create the marinade.
3. Marinate the meat for 3 hours to overnight.
4. Grill. Like a boss.
Next weekend, we plan to take our grilling to the next level with McCormick's Cajun Seasoning Mix. One pack packs a flavorful punch with the choicest spices --like paprika and oregano-- giving grilled meat a distinct southern flavor.
